Terms and conditions:
• Lunch service is from 11.30AM - 2PM (last seating).

• Valid for dine-in only. Only applicable for walk-ins, no reservations allowed. Valid for the first 100 customers each day.

• Offer is only valid with purchase of a drink/pax. Iced water is not applicable.

• Offer is valid on Premium Wagyu Buffet only (60minutes time limit).

• There is an additional $3++ charge for 1-for-1 Buffet on Friday.

• Only applicable at VivoCity outlet.

• The entire table has to opt for the 1-for-1 promotion. Promotion is strictly for Adults pricing only. Kids pricing not applicable. Children at the table will be charged with adult price.

• No splitting of table or bill is allowed.

• Full price per pax will be charged if diners wish to continue after 60mins.

• Wastage charge of $30 per 100g will be charged for unconsumed food after 60mins dining duration.

• This promo should not be used in conjunction with other discounts, promos, offers or any card privileges.

• Management reserves the right to amend / append / withdraw terms and conditions without prior notice.

• Promotion is not available on PH, eve of PH, and special occasions (E.g. Mother’s Day, CNY, Valentines Day, etc.)

• GST and Service Charge will be applied for all guests.
